He is survived by: his son Mike; his wife Deborah Hebert (Smith); his sons, Gary (Joylene) of Chicopee, Michael (Amy) of East Longmeadow, Scott (Deborah) of Southwick and Jonathan of Chicopee; his sister Linda C. Hebert of Monson; his grandchildren, Kaylene, Dylan, Sabrina, Jenna, Taylor, Devan, Savannah, Sophie and Lillie; his siblings, Bill Smith and Jennifer Garborino (Smith); and his pet Max. He is also survived by his two great-grandchildren.
