Rita O. Begley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Rita O. Begley of Springfield, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Odlum and Mary Odlum; her husband James P. Begley; and her sisters, June O'Connell and Betty Macintosh.
She is survived by: her daughter Terry Begley; her grandchildren, Timothy Boresen (Alicia) and Andrea Boresen (Ana Reinoso); her close friend Quinn; her son Denis Begley; her grandchildren, Daniel Masso (Tony), Maureen Begley and Matthew Begley (Rayelle Pierson); her brother Daniel Odlum (Janet) of Idaho; her sister-in-law Rhanee Simon; and her close friend Patsy Doyle. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson, in addition to nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sacred Heart Church (417 Boston Rd, Springfield, MA 01109).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rita's memory to be made to Brightside for Families and Children, 2112 Riverdale St., West Springfield, MA, 01089.
