He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Cavanaugh and Marion G. Cavanaugh (Kelly); his wife Caroline R. Cavanaugh (Thomas); and his daughter Coral Ann May. He is survived by: his sons, Richard of Chicopee and Michael Cavanaugh of Chicopee; his brother Robert T. Cavanaugh, Sr. of Agawam; and his grandchildren, Rylie, Peyton, Ella, Grace and Ava. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extened family members.
