He is survived by: his daughters, Vanessa Diaz of Springfield, Christina Diaz of Springfield, Franchesca Diaz of Springfield and Kassandra Diaz of Springfield; and his siblings, Ines Diaz-Rodriguez of Springfield, Libby Diaz-Borrero (Pedro J. Borrero) of Springfield, Pablo Diaz (Cynthia) of Wilbraham, Domingo Diaz (Ramona), Eduvijis Diaz (Leida) of Springfield and Herminio Diaz Jr. of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
