We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2020, at the age of 78, Rachel A. Day (Springfield, Massachusetts), born in Ludlow, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lemire and Philomene Lemire (Girard); her husband John; her brothers, Wilfred Lemire (Doris) and Eugene Lemire; and her nephew David Lemire.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Meara (Daniel) of Holland, MA and Michael Day (Michelle) of Agawam; her grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley and Courtney Day; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Lemire of Andover, MA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
