He was predeceased by: his parents, Germaine Savoy and Sarazine Savoy (Finn). He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Savoy (Portyrata) of South Windsor, CT; his sons, Philip B., Jr. of Canton, MA, David (Kathryn) of West Newbury, MA and Michael of Middletown, CT; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Bryan, Andrew, Faith, Megan, Salma and Sara Savoy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
