He is survived by: his wife Judith Phillips (Buchanan) of East Longmeadow; his children, Derryl Bohaboy (Chuck) of East Longmeadow and Scott Phillips (Katie) of Brimfield; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Paul Jr., Corissa and Shane.
