He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Williams and Irene Williams (Kostyla); his wife Susan M. Williams (Hutzaluk); his son Stephen V. Williams; and his brother Arthur Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Christina Williams; his grandchildren, Maxxwell Papia, Andrew Williams, Hanah Williams and Michael Williams; his great grandchild Violet Williams; and his brother Burley Williams Jr. (Denise) of Ware. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
