She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter R. Veto and Grace Veto (Ward); and her daughter Christine MacPhail. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas A. MacPhail of Palmer and Douglas J. MacPhail of East Longmeadow; her brother Thomas F Veto of East Longmeadow; and her grandchildren, Douglas, George, Thomas and Grayson.

In lieu of flowers donations in Pat's name may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
