She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred M. McGann and Helen M. McGann (Gregory). She is survived by: her husband Allan W. Freeman of Westfield; her children, Brian G. Freeman (Elizabeth) of Westfield and Christine M. Labrador (Joseph A.) of Arundel, ME; her brothers, Gregory McGann (Ellen) of Franklin, MA, Paul McGann (Paula) of Medway, MA and David McGann of Franklin, MA; and her grandchildren, Collin, Owen, Jacob and Tristen.

Donations in Patti's name may be directed to the St. Mary's High School, 27 Bartlett St. Westfield, MA 01085.
