She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Leone and Laura Leone (Grossi); and her daughter Karen LaPlant (Flaherty). She is survived by: her son Timothy Flaherty of Redondo Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Anthony LaPlant of Tamarack, FL and Heather Abercrombie (Flaherty); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Wyatt, Jack and Samuel; and her sister Johanne Marois (Raymond) of Pinehurst, NC. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
