She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luke and Frances Smith (Parisi); her significant other Thomas; her daughters, Deborah Green and Holly Berard; her grandsons, Riley Green (Rebecca) and Connor Green (Haley); her sister Bernadette Babineau; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Smith, Claire Rhodes and Jacqueline Burris; and her siblings, Robert Smith and Rochina Trudel. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
Family and friends are invited to Patricia's funeral Mass, Friday, March 5, 10 a. m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Springfield; masks and social distancing required.
