She is survived by: her husband Wayne Welch; her children, Amy Fitzgerald (Robert) of Maiden, NC, Christopher Welch of Springfield and Lindsi Maines (Michael) of Davidson, NC; her grandchildren, Jesika Tellez (Alejandro) of Catawba, NC, Alecia Fitzgerald of Maiden, NC, Mia Elizabeth Welch of Springfield and Hayden Welch of Springfield; and her sister Cynthia Columbia (Richard) of Tolland. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
