She was predeceased by: her father Roland Perreault. She is survived by: her mother Marguerite Perreault; her daughter Megan Leah Banks; her siblings, Catherine Perreault, Michel Perreault, Steven (Katy Perreault), Patti (Michael Miller) and Laura (Mark Salamon); her nieces and nephews, Ryan, Jacqueline, Brittany, Nicholas, Sean, Tessa, Beau and Kelly; and her daughter Hope Church. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital, where Noreen received care as a child.
