He is survived by: his parent Annie Chapin (Perkins); his wife Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Chapin (O'Brien); his children, Neal "Chip" Chapin (Kathy), Michael Chapin (Kelly), Kim Evans (Daniel) of Springfield, Janet Lomas (Rusty) of Springfield and Sheila Greenia of Springfield; his grandchildren, Carolyn, Samantha, Elizabeth, Ryan, Daniel, Ashlee, Zachary and Katie; and his children, Hope Church of Committal, Page Blvd of Committal and Rites of Committal.
