It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Duane Stringer (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Logan T. Stringer, Jr.; his grandparents, Mother Katherine D. Reynolds and Arthur Reynolds Jr.; his aunt Robin Reynolds; and his uncles, Kevin Reynolds, Arthur Reynolds and Jacques Deullarde.
He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Reynolds; his children, Kyara Duke, Willie Duke, Jr., Ashawnee Duke and Deikwon Duke; his grandchildren, Johnyah Duke (Pookie Bear), Jahmir Duke (Jah), Saleigha Woodson (Lulu), Leah Oates (LeLe), Kyari Oates (Smooshie), Summer Wilson-Duke, Noah Wilson, Layanie Wilson-Duke and Elijah Duke; his siblings, Logan Stringer, III (Trina), Joseph Stringer, James Wilson, Cheryl Stringer, Sheila Stringer, Ondrea Griffin (Gregory) and Oneeka Young (Laundre); his uncles, Zachary Reynolds (Patricia) and Sterling Davis (Beulah); his aunt Jennifer Reynolds; his nieces and nephews, Khiana Stringer (Noonie), Khalis Stringer (Red), Riley Griffin (Pooh), Dozier Huntley (Doe) and Kailon Amari Young; and his close friends, Choco Rosario and Keevis Mcghee. He is also survived by sibling cousins, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Macedonia Church (213 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
