The passing of Michael Orellana (Springfield, Massachusetts) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 29, 2024 at the age of 31. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Ana Cristina Orellana of Soyapango; and his grandfather Robert Francis Triggs of Springfield, MA.. He is survived by: his parents, Catherine Triggs Orellana and Mauricio Antonio Orellana; his sister Nina Orellana (Brendon MacKeen); his nephew Anthony; his sister Jackie Hill (Charles Hill); his grandmother Patricia Triggs; and his pet Huckleberry. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of the Acres (21 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Name Church (323 Dickinson St, Springfield, MA 01108). A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the St Michael Cemetery (1601 State St, Springfield, MA 01109).
In lieu of flowers, if desired, the family requests donations be sent to Mile High Youth Corp and the LEAD Scholars program at Westfield State University.
