He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Grochmal and Amelia Grochmal (Pajak); and his grandmother Bronislawa Bertha Pajak (Letowska). He is survived by: his wife Julia Grochmal (Szlarkz); his son Christopher M. Grochmal (Jeffrey M. Reed); his grand-puppy Toby; and his caregivers, Kimberly, Elliott (RN), Blair (RN), Claudine (RN), Rosie (RN), Amarilys (RN), Cindy (PA), Kelly M. Tyler (MD), Holly K. Sheldon (MD) and Reddy (MD).
