She is survived by: her children, Hope Church, Joseph R. Girard (Brian) of Salem, NH and Brenda C. McMahon (William) of East Longmeadow; her son-in-law Michael W. Caouette of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Robert Girard, Andrew Girard, Alexandria McMahon, Madison McMahon and Tamara Colon (Jose); her siblings, Ernest A. Poole, Jr. of Springfield, David N. Poole of Winchester, NH and Eva A. Bellucci (David) of Springfield; and also Alice. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
