She was predeceased by: her husband Brian Downey Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Brian Downey Jr (Kathryne) of Falmouth, ME and Stephanie Kowalczyk (Todd) of Killington, VT; her brother William S. Carroll of Holyoke; and her grandchildren, John Downey, Thomas Downey, Lilly, Abigail and Evangeline Kowalczyk. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend.
In lieu of flowers, Mary Anne's family has requested that memorial donations be made in her name to Autism Speaks 1060 State Road, Second Floor Princeton, NJ 08540.
