She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Joseph and Helen Freeley (Tirrell); her husband Leo J. Monaghan; her children, Richard Monaghan (Joan) of Morristown, NJ and Karen Mihalchick (John) of Springfield, MA; her grandson Christopher Mihalchick; her great grandchildren, Aiden Monaghan, Owen, Kate, Blake Monaghan, Julia, Norah, Timothy, Evelyn Smith, Dominic, Marcus Chirles, Jameer, Magdala, Joseph, Maeve Smith, Thomas, Benjamin, Henry, Ian Cabeen and Charles Myers; and her siblings, Richard, Robert Freeley and Carol Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Smith (Michael) of Southwick, MA, Kathleen Monaghan of Wilbraham, MA, John Ellis-Monaghan (Joanna) of Grand Isle, VT, James Monaghan (Peggy) of Missouri City, TX, Marilyn Billings (Jonathan) of St. Albans, VT and Carol Paul (Rick) of St. Albans, VT.; and her grandchildren, Anthony Monaghan (Dana), Sean Monaghan (Natalie), Erin Koffer (Ken), Timothy Smith (Jessica), Eleanor Smith, Theresa Chirles (Kevin), Patrick Smith (Cady), Roseann Cabeen (Matthew), Eva Myers (Ellis-Monaghan), Isaiah, Francis Ellis-Monaghan, Michael Monaghan (Courtney), Joseph, John, Mary, Elizabeth, Anna, Peter, Matthew Monaghan, Katelyn Billings (Ben), Emily Billings, Hannah and Michael Paul.
