She is survived by: her husband Stanley James Szpakowski, Jr. of Springfield; her children, David Szpakowski (Kristin) of Wilbraham and Susan Kennedy (Jean) of Windsor Locks, CT; her brothers, Bill Day (Angie) of Chicago and Kenneth Day (Linda) of Grapevine, TX; and her grandsons, Theodore, Andrew, William and Hunter.
