She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cleary and Isabelle Cleary (Young); her niece Kathy; her husband Raymond; her granddaughter Kimberly Platanaitis; her sister Jane Turnbull; and her brother-in-law Dick Turnbull.
She is survived by: her children, John Howe (Robin) of Williamsburg, VA, Donna Whalen of Chicopee and Deborah Gelinas of Hampden; her grandchildren, Brenna Whalen, Gina Bellinger, Kara Gelinas, Tricia Gelinas and Brett Gelinas; and her nephews, Kenneth (Judy) and Mark Turnbull (Sue). She is also survived by great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, many great-nieces and great-nephews, other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Church (30 College St, Chicopee, MA 01020). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ma Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
