She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Strippa and Rose Strippa (Matone); her son Luigi J. Pietroniro; her siblings, Benito, Tomasso, Antonio, Giuseppina Strippa and Irene Berardi; her grandson Michael Pietroniro; and her great grandchild Andrew Franco.
She is survived by: her children, John Pietroniro (Maria), Vincent Pietroniro (Carol) and Josephine DeSousa (Augusto); her brother Amedeo Strippa; her daughter-in-law Margaret Pietroniro; her stepdaughter Nella (Victor Anoia); her grandchildren, Joanna (Jose Franco), Tony DeSousa (Laura), Mary DeSousa, Lina Pietroniro (Joe Caporiccio), Christina Pietroniro, John C Pietroniro (Sally Borgatti), Angelina Pietroniro, Nicolas Pietroniro, Kimberly Ruff (Wayne Barker), Jennifer (Nick Cioffi) and James Pietroniro (Ashlee); and also Brenda Rodriguez. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; extended family.
