She was predeceased by: her parents, Padam L. Dhungel and Pabitra Dhungel (Poudel). She is survived by: her children, Narayan Adhikari, Gyan Adhikari, Dhurba Adhikari, Punya Adhikari, Gayatri Timsina and Saraswati Dhakal. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
