We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2021, at the age of 97, Mamie Lezora Jackson of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Greensboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lattie Benton and Florence Crawford (Lowe); her husband Charley Jackson; her children, Charley "Butch" Jackson, Linda Jackson, Lester Jackson and Leon Jackson; and her siblings, Julius Benton and Viola Morrow.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Elaine Hurst of Springfield, Wanda Bass (Samuel) of Springfield, Janice King of Springfield, Charlene Naylor (Leonard) of Springfield, James Jackson (Sharon) of Springfield and Julius Jackson (Cherry) of Brockton; and her sister Annie Joiner of Springfield. She is also survived by her 34 grandchildren; her 105 great grandchildren; her 43 great great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
