She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Suess (Shea) and Francis J. Suess; her husband John "Gerry" Midghall; her daughter Mary Ellen Midghall; her sister Barbara Jarrow; and her daughter-in-law Lynn Midghall.

She is survived by: her son John G. Midghall, Jr. (Mary) of East Longmeadow; and her granddaughters, Meghan, Maureen, Jillian, Sara, Emily, Jenna, Taylor and Madison. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Church, or to a charity of one's choice.
