She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick O'Leary and Connie O'Leary; and her daughter Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Mansfield; her children, Michael, Patrick (Darryl) and Colleen Fernandez (Carlos); her grandchildren, Rebecca Rebeiro, Rachel Bergeron, Russell Mansfield, Megen Latour, Thea Fernandez and Aiden Fernandez; her siblings, Maureen O'Leary, Erin Pryor, Shannon O'Leary, Brian O'Leary, Kevin O'Leary and Christopher O'Leary; and her siblings-in-law, Anna May Casagrande, Margaret McAdam and Dennis Mansfield. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
