He is survived by: his parents, Ludger Noel and Roodling Noel (Etienne); his sister Meredith Noel; his aunts and uncles, Wilda Etienne, Samantha Noel, Micheline Etienne, Willy Etienne and Alex Noel; his grandparents, Leo, Magarette Noel and Heureuse Noel; and his cousins, Maelyse, Michaelle, Magaella, Harlly, Davidson and Charles Milien. He is also survived by many other extended family members and special friends.
