It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta (Levaggi) Sears of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Morrisville, Vermont, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Levaggi and Marie J. Levaggi (Messier); her husband William G. Sears, Jr.; and her siblings, Dean, Lawrence Levaggi, Virginia Tallman and Ernesta Levaggi.
She is survived by: her children, Brian J. Sears (Taryn) of West Springfield, Michelle M. Sears of Indian Orchard, Michael M. Sears (Cynthia) of Chicopee and Kevin J. Sears (Cynthia) of West Springfield; her grandchildren, Colton, Cayson Sears, Alyssa O'Connor (Kristopher), Jillian Bowyer (Nick), Daryl Bowyer (Nicole), Danielle Pursey (Sam), Nicolas Brosseau (Brittany) and Elizabeth Sears; her great grandchildren, Lilliana, Sarah, Aidan, Makenzie and Hudson; and her brother Maurice "Buck" Levaggi of Essex Junction, VT. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 26, 2021 from 5 p. m. to 7 p. m. Please note that masks are required, social distancing must be observed and funeral home, Church and cemetery attendance are limited due to state regulations.
