She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Velazquez; her daughters, Betsy Caraballo and Teresita Velazquez; her grandchildren, Elijah Caraballo, Benjamin Velazquez, Michael Velazquez, Isiah Caraballo and Lucas Zenquis; and her sons-in-law, Samuel Caraballo and Luis Zenquis.
