Ciszewski of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 76, on April 5, 2025. She is survived by: her husband Andrew A. Ciszewski, Jr.; her daughters, Jenny Freeman (Derek) and Molly Ann Ciszewski; her grandchildren, Kristopher Freeman (Lenys) and Kali Freeman (Mike); her great grandchildren, Lisabella and Brady; her sisters, Alison Kalvelage of Florida, Valerie Fortin of Florida and Andrea Ciszewski; her brothers-in-law, Stanley Ciszewski (Debra) and Jeffry Boucher; her cousin Paula Smith (Ed) of Easthampton, MA; and her friends, Mary Houghton of East Longmeadow and Franciscan Friars. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 8:30 AM, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 8:30 AM. Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028).
