He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Murphy and Kathleen Murphy (McCaffrey); and his brothers, John and Robert Murphy. He is survived by: his cousins, Maureen Julian (Bill) of Longmeadow, Jane O'Leary (John) of Richmond, MA and Webster McCaffrey of Annapolis, MD. He is also survived by other extended family members; and several close friends.
