He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Mendenhall and Melsa Dearborn (Choquette); and his siblings, James L. Mendenhall and Sheila Mendenhall. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Mendenhall of Indian Orchard, Donald Mendenhall (Brittany Seymour) of South Hadley and Stephanie Mendenhall (Ariana Lozada) of Indian Orchard; his fiancée Michelle Hamel; his siblings, Debra Taylor (James) of Indian Orchard, Michelle Danek of Ludlow, Paul Mendenhall of Springfield, Steven Mendenhall (Paula) of Dell City, OK and Daniel Mendenhall of Ludlow; his stepmother Lucy Mendenhall; his grandchildren, Hayden, Ethan, Isabella, Gianna, Donald Jr., Logan, Jaxson and Jaylen; and his nephew Scott Mendenhall. He is also survived by other extended family members, many friends.
