He is survived by: his parents, Keith Ingalls and Christine Ingalls (Goodchild); his daughter Adelyne Cowdrey Demetrion of Hilo, HI; his brother Jeremy Ingalls (Samantha Uelmen) of Verona, NJ; and his half-sister Cynthia Duffy (Kent) of Canton, Mass.
