He is survived by: his parents, Jesus Ortiz and Carmen I. Velazquez (Velazquez); his children, Tiana Lee Ortiz and Raybian Ortiz; and his siblings, Andy Ortiz, Joselito Ortiz, David Grace, Fatian Garland and Marisol Ortiz.
