He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Tranghese and Pauline Tranghese (Scibelli); his close friend Patricia MacDonald; his daughter Susan; his brother Louis; his sister-in-law Donna Tranghese; and also Nancy Tranghese (Kagan).
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Martins (Fernando) of Chicopee and Jennifer Pozzuto (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jason, Julia Martins, Nicole and Victoria Pozzuto; his siblings, Albert (Carol) of Wilbraham, Carlo and Janet Fontaine (Gene); and his sister-in-law Judy Tranghese of Longmeadow. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
