He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Cuoco and Gertrude H. Cuoco (Rheome); and his brother Michael Cuoco. He is survived by: his former wife Deborah J. Davies (Pajak); his children, Christine M. LaBonte and John A. Cuoco (Josephine); his grandchildren, Aidan, Caitlyn LaBonte, Ryan, Andrew, Nathan, Bradley and Chloe Cuoco; and his siblings, Frank Cuoco, Paul Cuoco and Angelina Pajak (Edward). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
