It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Gumlaw of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smelcer and Ruth Smelcer (Fackenthall). She is survived by: her husband Joseph I. Gumlaw; her children, Kim (Jamie) of Springfield, Roy (Cheryl) of Springfield, Allan (Connie) of Springfield and Katherine (Barry) of Springfield; and her siblings, Dale Smelcer and Lois Neil of Idaho. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
