Joan C. Killian Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan C. Killian of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Murphy and Rita Murphy (Rising); her husband William; her brother Joseph Murphy; her daughter Doreen Wilson; and her grandson Jason Van Keenan.
She is survived by: her sons, David Killian (Cynthia) and Keith Killian; her grandchildren, Alicia McNulty, Andrea Lopez, Brittany Billingsly, Stephanie Killian, Nathan Killian and Michael Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Cerenia, Abbigail, Derek, McKenna and Brody. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Acres (21 Tinkham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (405 Boston Rd, Springfield, MA 01109).
