She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethelred Curtis and Valerie Curtis; her husband Thomas Wesley Hay; and her sisters, Cheryle Smith, Jane Goad and Phoebe Krege.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Hay (Frank Lucchesi) of Longmeadow, Hong Kong, Dan Hay (Gini Hay) of Orchard Park, NY and Dianne Mulhern (Bill Mulhern) of Springfield; her grandchild Wil Mulhern (Laura Mulhern); and her stepgrandchildren, Nick Lucchesi and Katherine Lucchesi. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
