It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Cote (Springfield, Massachusetts), who passed away at the age of 94, on January 2, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Desilet and Ida Desilet (Morin); her husband Richard W. Cote; her daughter-in-law Judy Desgres-Cote; and her siblings, George, Alex Desilet, Alice Tranquilli and Yvonne Theroux.
She is survived by: her children, Hope Church, Thomas A. (Judy) of West Springfield, Richard R. of Granby and James J. (Donna) of Chicopee; her siblings, Leo Desilet of Ludlow and Adrienne Calabrese of West Springfield; and her daughter Helen.
There are no calling hours. (All attendees are required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing and are respectfully asked for no physical contact with family and other mourners.) The family would like to thank the Arbors at Chicopee and Heritage Hall East for the care, compassion and dignity they showed Helen during her time with them.
Donations in Helen's memory may be made to the charity of one's choosing.
