We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 92, Giusappina Racco (Springfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Giusappina Racco to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Commisso and Giroloma Gutta; her husband Cosimo Racco; and her siblings, Filippo, Francesco, Vincenzo, Rosa and Maria.
She is survived by: her sons, Anthony "Tony" Racco (Carmelina) of East Longmeadow, Joseph Racco of Springfield and Phil Racco (Rosa) of Somers, CT; her grandchildren, Anthony Racco and Angelina Lavertue (Kris); her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Isabella, Anthony and Leonardo; and her brother Dominic Commisso (Ersilia) of Toronto Canada.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral and Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (123 William St, Springfield, MA 01105).
