He is survived by: his daughter Hope Church; his siblings, Gloria Adzima of Belchertown, Claudia Mauri of York, PA and Joseph Mauri (Judith) of Longmeadow; and his cousins, Nancy Turski of Bloomfield, CT, Luciano Callini (Tilley) of Houston, TX and Caspano.
