She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent and Jane Sullivan Sr. (Balicki); and her brothers, Thomas and Edward Sullivan. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Kazyaka of East Longmeadow, Caroline Menendez (Jason) of Wrentham, Amy Twining of Springfield and Erin Hrycay of Hampden; her brothers, Daniel Sullivan (Susan) of Springfield, Kevin Sullivan (Kelly) and Vincent Sullivan (Donna) of Tewksbury; her grandchildren, Alyssa Parrott (John), Jessica Kazyaka, Nicole Kazyaka, Gianna Hrycay, Kaylee Grabowski, Sophia Hrycay, Kylie Menendez and Vincent Menendez; and her great grandchildren, Leo, George William and Elysia.
