He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Mae Heard and John Henry Crane; and his wife Elouise Crane (Guy). He is survived by: his children, George E. Crane Jr., Matthew E. Crane Sr. (Jessica), Patricia Brace (Jeffrey), Telicia Crane-Gauthier (Freddie) and Valerie Crane-Slocumb (Damon); his grandchildren, Britney Rodriguez, George E. Crane III (Bethany), Ishmiel Crane, Raevin Alexis Crane, Na'Zelliah Crane, Matthew E. Crane Jr., Terry Jones, Ailani Brace, Leticia Marie (Montell), James Rippy, Jasmine Jones, Isaac Jones, R'Ielle Jones, Krystal Rippy, Kayla Rippy, Damon Slocumb II and Devon Slocumb; his great grandchildren, Logan, Jerrell, K'lonn, JaNiyah, Milyani, Nayeli and Cadence; his sisters, Johnnie Mae Crane, Gloria Gene Crane and Sarah Edwards-Crane; his close friends, Lester Lavarnway and William F. Lamagdelaine Sr.; and also, Samuel Figueroa, Harvil Jones, Aubrey Rippy and Norinda Mangham (Tulip). He is also survived by relatives and special friends.
