She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Walter Sullivan and Helen M. Sullivan (Donovon). She is survived by: her children, Jay, Julia, Jenna, Samantha and Nicholas; her husband John; her children, John P Talbot, Jr. (Jayme) and Karen Talbot Allan (Tim Allan); her grandchildren, Julia Talbot, Jenna Talbot, Samantha Allan and Nicholas Allan; her siblings, Joyce Sullivan (Ronald Sullivan) and Eugene W. Sullivan, Jr. (Geno); her niece Kathy; and her nephews, Mike, Dan and Kevin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
