He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thomas Ryan Jr. and Mary Ryan (O'Connor) of Springfield, Massachusetts.; his wife JoAnn Ryan (Randazzo); his in-laws, Nicholas and Lynette Randazzo; his siblings, Aurthur Ryan, Edward Ryan, Marilyn Dunphy (Ryan), Lois Ryan and Celine Paquette (Ryan); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Randazzo and Larry Paquette.
He is survived by: his children, John (Laurie) of Cumberland, Theresa (Michael Wight) of China and Thomas of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Nicholas Ryan (Emily), Mark Beahm (Timo), David Beahm (Adam), Katherine Wight and Christopher Wight; and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Ryan and Nicky Randazzo (Susan).
