He is survived by: his wife Theresa Caputo (Dion); his children, Gary (Ellie Caputo) of Springfield and Gail Boivin of Florida; his granddaughter Krysten Boivin of Florida; and his siblings, Raymond, Joseph Caputo and Dolores Scibelli (Salvatore). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
