She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kurpaska and Helen Kurpaska (Szpila); her husband Stephen Zaiken; and her siblings, Casimer Kurpaska, Stephen Kurpaska, Stanley P. Kurpaska, Anthony Kurpaska, Helen Mazzoli, Terry Viani and Frances Socha.
She is survived by: her children, James S. Zaiken (Paula) of Winchester, MA., Linda F. Mikkelsen (Ross) of Richmond, VA., Gary J. Zaiken (Judy) of East Longmeadow and Marian J. McPartlin (Michael) of North Andover, MA.; and her grandchildren, Nikolaus Zaiken (Caitlin), Alexander Zaiken, Kathryn Mikkelsen, Alexandra Mikkelsen, Carolyn Livingston (Taylor), Stephen McPartlin and Joseph McPartlin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
